Report of the presentations 4~group2~
The number first person in my last group was Tsuyoshi Horikawa. He was talking about Rice cake. For example, he talked about rice cake history and characteristics of the form of rice cake. He said that zoni in Kanto contains square rice cakes and zoni in Kansai contains circle rice cakes. I thought it interesting he said "when you eat rice cakes, you eat them slowly. This is because you are hard to clog up.
The number second person in my last group was Fuka Inomoto. She was talking about rice cakes. For example, she talked about reason of eating rice cakes in new year in Japan. Furthermore, she talked about rice cakes being eaten in many ways. I found it very interesting because it was the first time I knew why rice cakes were eaten.
The number third person in my last group was Kyoka Unoki. She was talking about Zoni. For example, she talked about the characteristic Zoni of each prefecture. I didn't know there was Kinako zoni in Nara Prefecture, so I wanted to try it.
The number forth person in my last group was Honoka Kohama. She talked about the world's New Year's food. For example, I introduced New Year's dishes from Russia, France, Korea, Singapore, Italy and China. I thought it was interesting because I didn't have the idea that there was New Year's Day in foreign countries.
The number sixth person in my last group was Maharo Sugimoto. She talked about the top 10 ways Japanese like to eat rice cakes. In her presentation, she also introduced that eating rice cakes with natto ranked ninth. I've tried natto rice, but I've never tried natto mochi, so I wanted to try it.
The number seventh person in my last group was Rina Matsunaga. She talked about the history of Osechi. Also, I told them that Christmas is a big event in Europe, so New Year's Day is not as big as in Japan. I thought it was very interesting because I didn't know much about the meaning of Osechi.
The number ninth person in my last group was Suzue Ishikawa. She talked about New Year's food in Singapore. She introduced that Singapore has New Year's dishes such as Niengao, Mandarin Orange, and Yuseong. I didn't know much about Singapore's food culture, so I was glad I got to know it.
The number tenth person in my last group was Maika Kawahara. She talked about Korean New Year's food. She said, In Korea, rice cake soup, John, japchae, and galbitin can be eaten on New Year's Day. I thought I wanted to try John, who looks like Japanese tempura.
The number eleventh person in my last group was Rina Tatae. She introduced Chinese, Italian and American New Year's dishes. Italian New Year's dishes include Zamponne, which means praying for happiness. I thought it was interesting that there were New Year's dishes in Italy.
I thought your presentation was about hearing. That's a problem because you're not speaking smoothly. To solve it, you do a lot of speaking practice. By doing so, the audience will think your presentation will be better.
返信削除I'm glad your presentation was a concise summary of what you wanted to say. I was very surprised to talk without making a manuscript.
返信削除I thought it was good to talk while looking into the eyes of the audience. As you speak in the eyes of the audience, the listener will be even more interested in your presentation. The more you speak fluently, the better your presentation will be. By doing so, the audience will be able to understand your story.
返信削除I thought it was amazing that you were talking without looking at the manuscript, but I thought there was a slight problem with intonation. In order to improve this, I think it's a good idea to read a lot of manuscripts and add strength to the words. By doing this, I think your presentation will be much better.
返信削除I thought your speech was good because your slides were very attractive and you spoke with a smile. I also felt that you replaced the words used in your presentation with the simplest possible ones, which made it very easy to understand.

I thought that if you could speak English a little more smoothly, the audience would be more interested in your presentation.
返信削除It was great you presenting without looking at the paper. Also, you have PowerPoint and it was easy to understand. I think it will be easier to understand if there was a gesture in your presentation.
返信削除I thought that it is good to use some gestures and speak with smile. I thought it has the good effect to attracting the audiences. I thought if you add strength with when you speak and more fluentry your sppech will more improve.
返信削除I thought that your presentation was easy to hear and understand. You often tried to communicate listeners so I thought that they were able to concentrate your presentation. You should make presentation like this time.
