Report of the presentations 3~group1~
The number first person in my last group was Tsuyoshi Horikawa. He was talking about Apple. He talked about four kinds of apples, for example, Fuji, Jonagold, Orin and Kogyoku. I was surprised to find that Fuji apples are the most common in Japan.
The number second person in my last group was Rin Ueda. She was talking about figs. She talked about how to eat figs, for example, Marinade and Jam. I was surprised that Amakusa was the birthplace of the fig. I thought it interesting to call figs Nanbangaki in Amakusa.
The number third person in my last group was Mayuko Nishi. She was talking about persimmons and figs. She said persimmons are rich in nutrients such as fiber, potassium, vitamin C and carotene. I found it interesting that she said she felt autumn was coming when she saw figs.
The number forth person in my last group was Nanaho Ishii. She was also talking about Pomegranate and Akebi. She said Akebi does not see much of at the supermarket. She also said Akebi was sometimes used as a material for craft baskets. I thought it was interesting to use as a material for craft baskets but also to eat.
The number fifth person in my last group was Kaho Miyake. She was talking about fig. She said figs contain anthocyanins. She also said they has antioxidant properties. I found it interesting to learn that fruits have many effects.
The number seventh person in my last group was Noa Takuma. She was talking about pear. She said that pears have European and Japanese pears, and further explained the differences between them. I found it interesting that even if it is the same fruit, the taste, appearance, and nutrition are very different when the production area is different.
The number eighth person in my last group was Rina Matsunaga. She was talking about pear. She told us that pears have a lot of history. I did not know anything about the history of pears, so it was very interesting.
The number ninth person in my last group was Kotomi Honda. She was talking about chestnut. She told us that Kumamoto is the second largest chestnut producer in Japan. I was interested in having a lot of chestnuts nearby.
The number tenth person in my last group was Noriko Honda. She was talking about dried persimmon. She said dried persimmon have a lot of nutrition. I thought it was interesting dried persimmon have more nutrition than persimmon.
Without gestures, it's harder to understand the content than with gestures, so I thought the problem was that there were no gestures. One way to fix this problem is to use simple gestures. That way, I think it can attract the interest of the audience.

返信削除You were giving a presentation on persimmons, and you had created a slide that combined not only illustrations and photos of persimmons, but also illustrations of the Sarukani Gassen and people. It made it easier for me to imagine what you were talking about. You also asked various questions to you audience when the content of your talk changed. I thought this made it easier for the listeners to focus their attention on you. That was nice idea.

Also, the loudness of your voice was big, so it easy to hear. In addition, It was good that you were speaking in a way that spoke to the listeners. So, I could listen your story while having fun.
